Terms of service

These terms are an agreement between you and Kavra Enterprises Ltd, trading as Gaffio. By creating an account you accept them.
The service
Gaffio gives contractors tools to find clients, run outreach and ads, and manage jobs, quotes and subcontractors. Some features use third party services and may change or be withdrawn.
Your account
You must be 18 or over and act for a business. Keep your sign in details safe. You are responsible for what happens under your account and for the people you invite.
Plans, wallet and payments
Plans are billed monthly in advance through Stripe. Usage such as Lead Finder, outreach and ads is paid from your prepaid wallet. Prices are shown in the app and include VAT only where stated.
Wallet top ups are used for usage and are not refundable for work already done. Unused campaign money is returned to your wallet balance. Founder places are a one off payment for a Starter plan for as long as the service runs.
You can cancel a plan at any time. It runs to the end of the period you paid for.
Your content
You own the data you add. You give us permission to store and process it to provide the service. You confirm you have the right to add it, including any personal data.
Acceptable use
You must follow our acceptable use policy. We can pause or close accounts that break it.
Advertising
Managed ads run from our own advertising account. You must give accurate details and follow Meta's rules. We may pause a campaign at any time, for example if Meta rejects it or results fall outside agreed limits.
Availability and liability
We work to keep Gaffio running but do not promise it will always be available or error free. We do not promise any amount of leads, replies or work. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim.
Ending the agreement
You can stop using the service at any time. We can suspend or end your account if you break these terms. You can ask us to export your data first.
Law
