Subcontractors

Every subcontractor, vetted and to hand.

  • One record per subcontractor

Trades, areas, base ZIP code and travel radius, rates per trade, a rating, their tax status as shown on their W-9 and their insurer.

  • Documents with expiry dates

General liability, workers compensation, license, trade certificates, ID and more, each with an expiry date. Expired documents show red and ones due in 30 days show amber, and the subcontractor gets a warning email before they run out.

  • Vetting you can see

Applied, documents requested, approved or rejected. Approving checks for in date insurance, ID and trade documents. Skip a check and you have to type the reason.

    • A sign up link and QR code for new subcontractors
    • A personal upload link for each subcontractor's documents
    • Share either by text, email or copy
  • Nearest subcontractor to the job

Open dispatch on a job and see approved subcontractors by distance from the job ZIP code, within the radius you pick. Missing or expired insurance is flagged. Assign one and they get the job by email, without your client price or margin.

Good to know. Subcontractors are told about jobs by email, and there is no subcontractor app to install. Need more? Search for a trade in Lead Finder and they join your book marked as not vetted.
