Open dispatch on a job and see approved subbies by distance from the job postcode, within the radius you pick. Missing or expired insurance is flagged. Assign one and they get the job by email, without your client price or margin.
Good to know. Subbies are told about jobs by email, and there is no subbie app to install. Need more subbies? Search for a trade in Lead Finder and they join your book marked as not vetted.

Can subbies upload their own documents?
Yes. Each subbie gets a personal upload link you can send by WhatsApp, email or copy. Their documents land on their record with the expiry dates.
Will I know when insurance runs out?
Yes. Expired documents show red and ones due in 30 days show amber, and the subbie gets an email warning at 30 days and 7 days.
Can I record CIS status?
Yes. Each subbie has a CIS or tax status field and their UTR. CIS deductions and returns are not part of the product today.
How do I find a subbie near a job?
Open dispatch on the job. It lists approved subbies by distance from the job postcode, within the radius you choose.
Does the subbie see what I charge the client?
No. Job emails to subbies never include the client price or your margin.
