Search by trade, client type and area
Type a client type, such as letting agents, property managers or block management, and a UK town or postcode. Pick a radius from 5 to 200 miles, or nationwide, and how many contacts you want.
Phone numbers and checked emails
Each business comes back with its name, phone, email, website and postcode. Emails are checked before they count, so you are not paying for addresses that bounce.
Companies House on every result
Gaffio looks up each business on Companies House by name and postcode and shows what it found: a confirmed limited company with its number and status, not found, or unknown. Gaffio never guesses from the name. You decide who to email.
Straight into your pipeline

Where does Lead Finder get its contacts?
From public business listings for the area you search. Gaffio then checks the emails and looks each business up on Companies House.

Can I email everyone it finds?
In the UK you can cold email limited companies and LLPs, as long as you say who you are and give an easy way to opt out. Gaffio shows the Companies House result for each business so you can see which ones are companies before you email.
Can I use it to find subcontractors?
Yes. Search for a trade, such as plumbers or roofers, and the results go to your subcontractor book marked as not vetted, never into your client leads.
